This is to replace the battery in my portable DVD player as the battery in it wore out after 5+ years of use. I Charged it up and ran the DVD player until the battery was drained to excercise the battery and to check to see if this new one was actually any good. It passed with flying colors. The DVD player ran longer I had patience to monitor it. 2+ hrs. Definately a brand new battery INSIDE. I would recommend to anyone.
