The Lenovo product is a sturdy and well assembled product. I purchased 2 (two) and like anytime I get refurbs I expect some wear and tear. One unit was in like-new condition, it looked un-used. The other does show some signs of use, it adds character. I gave the good one to a friend and she really likes it.

Windows 7 works very well on the netbooks. I did pay a bit more to get Windows 7 instead of Linux mostly because I use Windows utilities on other PCs.

Another thing is I upgraded the memory to 2 GB on one of them and it really didn't make much difference. Actually it has a 512 onboard and a 512 removable so it only recognizes 1.5 GB go figure. I'm going to put it back to the way it was I suppose. 1 GB it comes with works fine for browsing and things.

Libre Office instead of the MS Office is more sensible for this computer. For security forget the Norton, there are better less costly alternatives.

It isn't my primary PC but for a kick around and take with me PC I feel its going to last a while.
