This was purchased remanufactured from recoupIT for only[$] and [...] looks new and performs as new. These standard DELL LCD monitors really seem to be of the out-most quality. We got this to set in front of our tv for watching movies from the computer as tv's don't seem to work quite that well just yet connected to computers and pixel-count is usually less for tv's, and we already have a good tv, so we didn't want to buy a new one just to have poor pixel quality, or compatability problems that seem to be common. So we got an svga splitter for around $3.00 so both monitors can be on at once, tucked in a 50ft cable along the wall under the trim and it works great. This screen is light and thin enough to easily move to the side of the tv and set on the edge of the stand and almost disappears, although the tv isn't used much anymore as most of our media comes from the computer.

I purchased 2 of these monitors for my parents as christmas gifts since they needed to get rid of their large, bulky monitors. It was quite easy to install and had them both installed within 15 minutes. No driver installation as Windows XP found one automatically. They both are in love with the large wide size and I'm thankful that they are easier on their eyes. We love them!
